We've all been there... overwhelmed by the daily grind of metrics, projects, goals, and deadlines. Problems need to be solved, but backlogs, competing priorities, and miscommunication seems to delay output and slow things down. Each department has their own agenda and effective cross-department communication feels impossible to accomplish. If you're a startup, the feeling may be foreign to you. But, believe me, it will come.
